Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website — regardless of vision, motor skills, hearing or assistive technology. This statement describes the current status, what we have implemented and where limitations remain.
Current status
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549. Based on our own review, this website largely meets those requirements. Individual embedded third-party content (e.g. video and checkout) may differ.
Measures implemented
- A “Skip to main content” link on every page so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Colour contrast at WCAG AA level for text, buttons and form fields.
- Automatic motion (image gallery, background video) stops when the device requests reduced motion; the gallery also has a pause button.
- Dialogs (inquiry, cookie notice, chat) keep focus inside, close with Escape and return focus afterwards.
- Forms with properly linked labels, autocomplete and error messages announced by screen readers.
- Meaningful alternative text for images and accessible names for icon buttons.
- Correct language attributes per language version (German, English, Spanish) and a clear heading structure.
- Tap targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels on mobile and text sizes that scale with browser settings.
Known limitations
- The embedded YouTube video currently has no captions or audio description; all information is also available as text on the Line 03 page.
- The checkout is provided by our payment processor Stripe; its interface is outside our control.
- Some technical data sheets are PDFs that are not yet fully accessible. On request we will send the content in an accessible format.

Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the competent German market surveillance authority for accessibility (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF, Magdeburg).
