Cockpit technology

Sim racing cockpit: torsion-free, modular, manufactured in Germany

A sim racing cockpit determines precision: whatever the frame flexes away is missing from your steering feel. SIFAT builds full-steel monocoques for direct drive up to 25 Nm — with load-cell pedals, a curved triple-screen mount and a clear upgrade path to sound and motion.

Technical features

Every feature exists for a reason: reproducible driving feel across hours and production batches.

Full-steel monocoque

Welded frame with zero profile play — no flex, no re-tightening after every race night.

Direct-drive-ready up to 25 Nm

Reinforced steering mount for powerful bases, without transferring forces into the frame.

Load-cell pedals

Pressure-based braking with a reproducible brake point — the foundation for consistent lap times.

Curved triple-screen

Stable display mount for a closed field of view without any vibration in the image.

Adjustable ergonomics

Seating position, pedal box and steering angle are set to the driver and usage profile.

Series system assembly

Standardised assembly and calibration steps following ISO 9001 processes for identical quality.

Frequently asked questions about the cockpit

What makes a good sim racing cockpit?

Rigidity. A full-steel monocoque does not flex under a 25 Nm direct-drive load, keeping steering feel and brake point reproducible. This is complemented by an adjustable seating position, load-cell pedals and a stable monitor mount.

Which direct-drive bases fit the cockpit?

The front plate is designed for common direct-drive bases up to 25 Nm. Wheels, bases and pedal sets from leading manufacturers can be mounted; we configure the mount to match your hardware.

How many monitors does the mount support?

The standard is a curved triple-screen mount. The flagship TURBO uses a fully integrated curved vision system instead of separate display arms.

Is the cockpit delivered pre-assembled?

Yes, on request including on-site setup, commissioning, calibration and training. For shipping we offer a wooden crate or flight case.

Can I upgrade to motion later?

Yes. The cockpit concept is identical across configuration levels — sound and motion are plannable upgrades, up to the 6-DOF platform of Line 03.

You'll find prices and configuration levels under Buy a racing simulator, Line 03.
